EXTENSION TO IMPLEMENTATION OF NATIONAL SMALL VESSEL ACT -
INLAND WATERS
SAMSA has issued an amendement to the National Small Vessel Safety Act which will affect all 'Inland' boating people.
Marine Notice No. 27 of 2008 can be downloaded from this site: www.sailing.org.za
The implementation dates listed on the site are for vessels and skippers operating solely on inland waters i.e. Category R vessels.
